Contract conditions
The price of the products offered for sale includes VAT and, for orders over € 150.00, also shipping costs.
Method of payment
The forwarding of the order, carried out by pressing the appropriate button, entails the obligation of payment to be paid by the Customer. The order must in any case be accepted and confirmed by Franco Belardi srl (hereinafter also referred to as the "Shop") which notifies the Customer after checking the availability of the product. Payment can be made by bank transfer (and therefore by contacting the Shop for the appropriate information) or by paypal or credit card. Unless otherwise indicated by the site during the purchase, the transaction will be charged to paypal or credit card only after verifying the card details, receiving the debit authorization for an amount equal to the purchase price of the items ordered,
Delivery times and methods
It is the Customer's responsibility to correctly indicate the address where to deliver the goods and also to specify the subject or subjects entitled and authorized to collect the package. Delivery times are estimated in 3/7 working days, for any special needs the Customer is invited to contact the Shop directly at the addresses already indicated.
Right of reconsideration
The Customer who wishes - even without specifying the reason - to withdraw from the contract by returning the purchased good, you can visit the section dedicated to the following link and follow the steps indicated. The right of return may be exercised within 14 days of receiving the goods. The store, having deemed the return requirements satisfied, will refund the payment within the following 14 days, and in any case upon receipt of the goods, which must be perfectly intact and with all tags, labels, and their original, intact chains. The store may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the customer has demonstrated that they have shipped them. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the store will inspect the condition of the product. If the item has been used, the store may apply a withholding of up to 50%. Return shipping costs are free for orders over €150; otherwise, they are paid by the customer. For refunds, the store prefers to use the same payment method used by the customer, unless the customer has accepted another method of credit. For anything not expressly provided for, the current general legislation regarding consumer protection and online sales applies.
